"I had a positive experience here when I went in for a new battery. I had AAA come out to my apartment a while back and they installed a battery that wasn't listed as compatible with my vehicle and it suddenly started doing all kinds of weird things like sputtering when turning on in the morning, power steering being flaky, and a lot of shaking. It occurred immediately after I got the new battery so I suspected this was the cause and just bought a new battery from AutoZone which they installed at the store. The man who helped install my battery had cleaned up the battery connections and everything which was helpful. My check engine light disappeared immediately after the new battery was installed as well as brakes seem to work better and the car drives far more smoothly, so I am extremely happy now. It was incredibly frustrating to have my car partially incapacitated by AAA so it is really nice to have it working again; will definitely be returning to this store in the future."
