"My daughter and I were followed by one of the associates. He automatically assumed that we were going to steal. I have money and I don’t need to steal. My daughter felt VERY uncomfortable and so did I. I will avoid this CVS like the Black Plague."

"Calling up here is a PITA. The pharmacy is the HARDEST to deal with and tbh it’s ALL CVS pharmacies. But this is who I deal with most. I had a pharmacist or manager can’t remember who gave me a whole attitude when I dropped off a written prescription all I did was hand it and got the worst “well I don’t have time to fill it now if you’re waiting” You didn’t ask if I was?? I’m not sure if she still works there or not There is a saving grace if you made it this far. A young I think blonde woman, it’s been a minute since I’ve been INSIDE and talked to her, who was working the pharmacy counter was SO patient with me and helped me figure out why the meds were costing more and which meds were which and even helped me get the 90 day supply rolling. She was very nice."

"Worst pharmacy ever. Always an issue when I go to pick up meds. Today the tell me they have no record of any prescription for my child even though we have filled it there all year. She told me I had to come inside to try and find the prescription... no thanks. I'll go somewhere else!"

"I'm a stickler for customer service. I have read the reviews and I don't think that this pharmacy is ran efficiently AT ALL. When you're a tech you should always know what's going on etc. They have a short haired black girl behind the counter that was working two registers at once. Kudos. A white girl with glasses working drive-thru also knocks it out of the park. The pharmacists always seem like they are drowning but whatevs. I haven't had a bad experience here yet and I'm sure that since I'm leaving a good review I will soon. They always have long lines inside the store. But every time I have been in there someone is working the counter. I think they may need better pharmacists because workflow begins with them assigning tasks etc. Get some pharmacists in there that know how to crank it out. I used to work in one with a high volume but the pharmacists were phenomenal and we never had more than a 15 minute wait time. But you have to know what you're doing to be able to do that. Also get you a tech that knows how to run some scripts through and don't let her move. A pharmacist should only be checking scripts. Get it together people."

"The manager of the store, (light skinned African American lady), has a terrible personality. Doesn't speak, acknowledge, or say thank you. I've had several interactions with this lady and I decided to write this review on her-finally! The previous experiences with her I ignored because everyone has a bad day here and there, but today I had enough! I asked her to remove an item off the screen on the self checkout and you would've thought I asked her to pay for it, she reluctantly removed it and walked away so fast I didn't know if she was finished or not. I know retail can be stressful but if it's not your cup of tea please find another job, people are really struggling out here and we shouldn't have to struggle with bad customer service."
