Despite my difficulty explaining what I was looking for, she was able to solve all my hair complaints!! 100/10."

"I’ve been there twice for hair cuts. The first time it was nice but the second time the lady who did my hair messed it up. I wanted my sides shaved and she missed patches and left a visible line where the hair wasn’t cut down the side of my hair. I went back a couple days later to get it fixed and they charged me full price only because “I got a different style.” I showed both people the exact same photo of a Supercuts style off their website yet somehow it was a different style."

"The girl who personally did my hair was amazing and did and amazing job. However, the other African America women working in there was absolutely so rude to me, and every customer after me that came in while I got my hair done. She made me feel very unwelcome after I explained I wanted a wash, cut, and straighten and my services felt overwhelming or too much for her. Every customer after me that came in she made an excuse to why she couldn’t service them, or found a way to belittle them, then proceeded to talk about them when they left. After I witnessed all this I was very aggravated but never worked myself up enough to say anything. My haircut was amazing and I then proceeded to check out. I went through the normal check out procedures, thanked them, then went to my car. The girl who did an amazing job on my hair let me know something went wrong with my payment. No biggy, I walked back in of course, but I was a little concerned because I had showed them on my bank app that the money was taken out of my account already. Like any normal human I asked questions to make sure everything when correctly and the other lady was nothing but rude about the whole situation! Didn’t care how the situation was going to be handled, she pretty much let me know she didn’t care and to figure it out on my own. The money ended up going right back to my account, and I was able to pay. I got a great hair cut by the nicer younger lady however the disrespect and absolute rude behavior from the other lady is unbelievable and not okay!!!"

"If you’re looking to get an uneven nightmare of a haircut you’ve found the right place. I came with photos of every angle possible and still the stylist stopped every couple snips and asked me what to do next. It was different than any experience I’ve had anywhere else. The part that really got me is when I was paying at the end she handed me back my change I glanced over the receipt and before I had a chance to even stack my money properly because of the way she just threw it onto the counter she was already rudely telling me that I did not tip her. There was about a two second gap from the time she sat the change down on the counter To her telling me that I did not tip her. I could not believe the level of rudeness I had to deal with out of a woman who had just given me one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. At this point I had already decided that complaining was pointless no more length could be taken off there was no fixing what she had done only time will fix what she did. The receipt says her name is Shirley. I don’t think there’s a whole lot I can do at this point just wanted to warn anyone else that may go in thinking they’re going to leave Happy with a decent haircut. I will absolutely 100% never go back or recommend this place to anyone. She was more worried about getting a tip and she was giving me a decent haircut."

"I called Sport Cuts to find out if they cut my 2 year old boy's hair, just to have a girl tell me they can cut as long as my child did not cry or move. The way I was told left me with a weird feeling and had me thinking if I should go to them. As I was driving by High Rd, I saw the Supercuts sign. I parked and gave them a call. Delores picked up the phone and I asked her the same questions. The answers I got made me turn around and go straight to her because her professionalism and care over the phone were exceptional. When I got there, she had a person and asked me if I want to wait or Ms. Carroll was available. I was really worried since it was my boy's first haircut. Oh my God, did I make the best decision. This ladies are amazing. Ms. Carroll gave my son an amazing haircut and kept him very at ease. Thanks to both for been such professional people. I will definitely will be back. Please don't go anywhere because good people is hard to find."
