"Never fully staffed all ways short staffed on nights. If you want need to wait 40 minutes to hour to pickup medication. It’s been more then a months. Never fixed issues."

"Poor service, 5 people in the back and 1 person handling desk/drive thru. NO ONE comes from the back to help. PLEASE MAKE SURE you get the correct prescription. Everyone wants to be a pharmacist, no one wants to work the register."

"This is by far the worst pharmacy in Suwanee. It wasn’t always this way, but the level of service seems to have really gone downhill over the past couple of years. The line to the pharmacy was backed up into 2 isles and only two people were working. In addition, I’ve been completely ignored before while standing at the counter waiting for help. If I could give less than a one star review I would. Seriously consider going elsewhere if you can."

"This CVS is by far the worst one in the entire world. I cannot even fathom another store being this awful. They often mess up orders or say they’ve filled it and it’s actually not filled. Don’t bother calling them unless you wanna wait 45+ mins on hold. They are so, so, so rude. They were fine a few years ago but the last 2ish years have been horrible. I recommend going literally anywhere else. Finally transferred to walgreens and have ZERO problems EVER. they need to clean house at this CVS. I was just on hold for 35 mins, they picked up, said NOTHING, and then hung up."

"Both my mother & I started using this pharmacy a few months ago & haven’t known peace since. From medications being filled late, not being found , being told we’re too early, coming back later, then being told we’re too late?? Medications that we need to start taking not being found & instead of offering a solution or explanation you just get a shrug & are silently stared at until you drive/walk away. A doctor had to call & explain to me why I wasn’t getting my refill because this pharmacy could not. I don’t know if it’s management or the employees or all of the above but to be brutally honest, y’all are terrible. I simply did not know it was possible for a pharmacy to be bad until I started coming here. The level of disorganization, unhelpfulness, & uselessness is at an all high here & I will be changing pharmacies as soon as I can."
