"Amanda the owner burnt my hair while doing highlights. She left 1 foil on my hair while she went and rinsed another client. Because she did this it completely fried my hair. I came back a few days later asking her to please help me (not asking for something for free) what can I do to help my situation. She basically told me that there was nothing she could do because I didn't tell her right away. That I could buy some products from her and hopefully it would help but nothing was going to change the outcome. If you value your hair's health be advised."
