"This place does a horrible job. I stopped going here but went today as no other place was open. They do not remove eyebrow and upper lip hair fully. I had to go back home and tweeze the remaining on my own. The lady also gave me multiple cuts on my chin while threading. The staff is not friendly either."

"I stopped coming here after they thinned my eyebrows out and made them extremely uneven. It took me about a year to get my eyebrows back to normal after this mishap. Today I was short on time and they were the only salon in the area with no wait (now I understand why). I decided to give them another chance today with a simple upper lip threading. The technician cut me very badly in two places on my upper lip. Despite my efforts to communicate that she was applying too much pressure with the thread, the technician insisted that I was cut because I requested her to go over an area that still had hair that she had missed. Rather than being apologetic, she proceeded to cover my upper lip with Vaseline because she claimed this would remove my cuts. In addition the salon’s cleanliness was subpar. There was oil on the seat as well as wax that stuck to my hair. There are plenty of better salons in the area that provide better service. Will not be returning."

"I have been coming here for around 10 years and I am always very satisfied with the services; I do tanning & threading. This is the only salon I trust with my eyebrows! They always do a great job. Sometimes on a busy day I’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes for a walk-in service but it’s worth it. The cost of the monthly tanning services are outstanding compared to some of the other places I have gone in the past and I love that this place doesn’t bug you to buy tanning lotion every time you walk in! I would definitely recommend this salon."

"wonderful staff ,balsam is the best hairstylist I have ever been too; I have searched long and hard to find a stylist like her and thank god I did! Every time I walk out of the salon I leave with amazing hair, that I exactly asked for. She is amazing in highlight and color in general and cuts as well. She is the only person I let touch my hair. She is an amazing stylist and highly recommend her! Book an apt with her, you won’t regret it!"

"I've been coming here for 2 years!!Very relaxing spot to get your eyebrows threaded. The ladies here are very friendly, and their work is amazing! The owner is very nice and always makes sure her customers are satisfied.prices are very fair, but it's more about the experience. So relaxing. Love that place. Can't wait to go back for a facial one of these days! The product is awesome as well. I will defiantly recommend them to all friend and family."
