"1st Clara was late in getting to the appointment by a hour and 15 minutes did not have the courtesy to apologize instead went outside talking on the phone and it was a $10 day how did I end paying $90 out of the building I thought she was ridiculous and I would never ever go back or recommend anyone to go back there thanks ms Barbara for this bad recommendation and then she cut my hair so short after asked not to, I warned her not to cut my hair that short but as he did . I left the bootleg salon with a scarf over my hair cos it was ugly."
