"I have been getting my braids done since 2010 here... they are fast"
"not the length asked for. My hair is uneven from two different people working on it at the same time"
"Got my edges redone. Asked before I sat down how much was it gonna be, she never said.. she finished and I asked how much did I owe? She said 100 so I told her I would have to go next door to get more cash from the ATM. Yuma made me leave 60 plus my cellphone. VERY disrespectful . Everybody doesn’t run off in people.. I wouldn’t have came there to get my hair braided If I didn’t have the money. I just thought that was Very disrespectful! Thinking twice about going back... the work is really good, but professionalism is just bad!"
"One star is way too generous!!...if you make an appointment like I did you can expect for her to be late and not take her clients time into consideration. I asked for feed in braids showed her the picture twice to ensure she understood what I was asking for...but what I got for 120.00 was something that looked like her sister did! I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy!! If you read this review and you still go then don’t say I didn’t warn you!!"
"Horrible experience. I asked for feed in braids, 6 to be exact. She demanded that my hair needed to be washed so I allowed her to do so. While washing my hair she realized I was natural and of course my hair is curly. I told her my hair is short so I wanted the braids to be smaller. She didn’t apply any gel, jam or anything prior to braiding my hair. She just braided my hair DRY. She said she would apply gel after which I knew then wasn’t going to work on my natural hair which is already dry from her washing and blow drying it. After she finished she put black gel in between the braids. Which didn’t do anything but make my hair even more dry and hard. Once I got home I realized the braids were not the same size, the parts were not straight and the braids were going in different directions and lumpy. I called Yuma told her I wasn’t satisfied and asked for it to be fixed. The next day I went back to get it fixed and she only corrected one braid. I once again called Yuma with sending a picture, and asked for a refund. She denied, me a refund and then told me there is nothing wrong with my hair. How can you tell me nothing is wrong with my hair when I’m showing you what’s wrong. She then offered to give me $20 back when I paid $110. I told her no I want a full refund and she hung up on me. I do not recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional and lazy."
