"I will NEVER come here again . I have been coming here since I was 8 and every time they do the same thing cut my hair . They clearly do not understand the difference between CUT AND TRIM . AGAIN CUT AND TRIM ,. if you are going around someone's hair 2 to 3 times that is not a trim that is a CUT . My hair was the longest it had ever been in years I went in Saturday to get a basic wash and blow dry and flat iron set . I told her to trim my hair which it really didn't even needed to be trimed, but I allowed her to do it .my hair was to the middle of my back . When i left my hair was barely touching the back of my neck . I literally cried . I don't recommend coming here if you are African American . They will cut your hair even when you ask then not to . I don't know her name but who ever she is with the glasses cut my hair Mind you this was not the first time this has happened . I will never come here again its time to find someone else and someone who understands clear directions. They lost a customer of 8 years .if you go here Good luck"
