"One star because Tawanna was really nice and the space is really cute. Sanitation is non-existent tools used are put back into storage containers she got them from, isolation also doesn’t exist here. I’ve been getting lash extensions for 5+ years consistently and needed a new lash tech because mine moved out of state. The set I received here was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. Never had “lash extensions” applied so close to the base of my lashes (lash extensions are applied slightly off base of lashes). Here it is applied closely as if she was applying clusters making it painful to blink, close my eyes, as well as wash my face. Lashes begin falling prior to the first 24 hours. I noticed a majority of the fans were not secure at their base and Would most times then not include two of my natural lashes when they fell out. NEVER AGAIN. Be careful out here ladies"
