"I recently visited Great Clips with high hopes of getting a decent haircut, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. The stylist assigned to me not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. From the moment I sat in the chair, it was evident that the stylist had no interest in understanding the cut I wanted. She rushed through the consultation, barely listening to my preferences, and abruptly declared that she didn't have time to wait and see the cut I desired. This lack of attention and dismissive attitude left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied. Throughout the entire haircut, the stylist continued to display a rude and uncooperative demeanor. Every request I made seemed to be met with annoyance, and it was clear she had little regard for providing a positive customer experience. It's disheartening to spend money on a service only to be treated with such disrespect. The cherry on top of this dreadful experience came at the end when, despite the subpar service, I chose not to tip. Instead of reflecting on her own shortcomings, the stylist proceeded to guilt trip me loudly in front of other customers. It was a completely unprofessional and embarrassing display that left me questioning the integrity of Great Clips as a whole. In conclusion, my visit to Great Clips was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy subpar haircuts accompanied by terrible customer service. There are plenty of other salons that value their customers and provide the service they deserve."

"It is just hit or miss at this location. You can say use a #3 and barely trim the top and walk out with no guards used on sides and more like a #2 and a lot trimmed on top, or sometimes fine. Other location Peachtree Industrial just north of McGinnis much more consistent same owner."

I told her “at least I gave you a tip” and In response she yelled at me and said” This is a tip they used to give 30 yrs ago. I decided not to give a larger tip because of her yelling and showing me aditude"
