"If you are non Asian, you are not welcomed here. It's 2:30p. The shop closes at 7:30p. The 2 technicians each have a client. There is one client waiting and I walked in. With no greeting, one tech looks at me from head to toe and asked "What do you want." I assumed a language difference and answered her. She told me they were booked for the rest of the evening. I've never known a walk-in place that is booked in this manner. Made me wonder."

"I got a full set acrylic with gel. My acrylic was thick and clumpy also my gel was lumpy. She laid the acrylic over my skin so I was bleeding lafter. A horrible experience don’t go here !!"

"I got in there with my sister at 2:00, we were sat at the massage chairs because they were working on 2 people so we waited for over an hour and a half, when I got up to tell them we were leaving the lady told me she was almost finished LIES!!!! So around 3:40 we were told we were next. We did not get out of there until 6:30 and on top of that my sister didn’t get what she asked for and was charge $50 for a horrible job!!!!!!! Never again !!!!!!! This place does not know how to manage their time and it also looks like this people are on training!!!!!!!! Never go here ladiesss!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I was fortunate enough so I recommend calling ahead for appointments with the whole Covid thing going on. The staff is all friendly and welcoming--they have achieved the perfect balance between personable and professional client service. All in all, a very pleasurable experience.
