"I was referred by my mom who use to go to Stokey. He was unavailable so I went to someone named Inna. Very nicely I explained I have red tones in my hair so please stay away from red or orange tones. She said ok but I think she never really listened. My hair looked a little orangey when I left the salon & thought it might be the lighting. When I washed it this morning, sure enough I was right. My new hair color now has orange tones. Now I will have to go to another salon to fix this mess. Very unhappy & will never be back."
