"I live just up the street from here so I keep trying them and wanting it to work but it just doesn’t. The quality of eyebrow threading is inconsistent. And whatever you do, don’t get lash service there. Quickest $65 I’ve ever wasted in my entire life. They also don’t do a great job staffing so there’s usually a pretty long wait. I’ve been there several times over the last two years, but I think I’m finally done."

"OMG, I think I found my place. Dee was AMAZING!! She talked me through the process. I am super sensitive to everything...Dove body wash is too harsh on me. Anytime I Veet or shave I get terrible ingrown hairs. My doctor told me no more shaving. I decided to do some research on hair removal options, and stumbled on Sugar Waxing. "Minny has a really bad attitude and I’m not sure if the field of providing service is right for her. This location does not provide good results when they ARE BEING RUSHED. All they care about is getting you in and out and not producing results that match up to their pricing. They keep going up on the pricing, but the results don’t match their prices. Minny does a very sloppy job with HENNA … very sloppy and rushed. D does a good job when she is not being rushed and moving too fast. They do not take their time at this location… I would suggest going on a day when it’s not busy … I plan to address my complaints to the higher ups for this company.. I mean who wants someone to rush on their services just for you to mess them up (eyebrow tint and threading ). Nobody wants messed up eyebrows because you’re rushing. I will not be returning."

"Went here without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Even though there was just one person she accepted and I only had to wait about 10 mins. I was happy with the results, and the lady seemed experienced. I enquired about tint since I have not used that before, but was hesitant since it’s essentially hair color and your brows and my face skin is sensitive. I passed for now, and will try another time. The eyebrow thread costed $12."
