"Sole beauty gallery came across my Instagram feed because of mutual followers that I follow. I did my research and viewed their site and found their prices reasonable so I decided to buy hair from them. I purchased the hair and chose to pick it up at their pick up location instead of paying for shipping. The address listed was in Austell and the address that is listed on Google is in Marietta. I did not verify the address with her assistant however who contacted me yesterday stating that I could meet him to pick up my hair. I went to the Marietta location to find out that they were no longer located there so I called her assistant (who I was meeting) and he did not answer at first but called back about 5-10 minutes later. He states that they are no longer there and they are in “Marietta” but not at the Sandy Plains location anymore. He said that he would send me the correct location which took him 20 mins to do so because “he forgot to press send” on the message. I then asked him was it the Austell address instead and he replied “not that address either.” Upon arrival, at the correct address, I call him and he is not present at the location so I waited an additional 5 minutes. Our time that we agreed to meet was 10:00am and it was 10:40am at this time. Let’s not forget, that I left my house at 9:15am to be on time to meet him so I had been driving around for almost over an hour and still have not received my hair. The even worse part is that he arrives at the “new location” off of Powers Ferry Road to partially have my order. I ordered 12,14 and 16 inch hair and he only had the 12 and 14 inch. I politely stood there watching him ramble through a bag saying to myself, “he doesn’t even have my order in it’s entirety.” It was truly unbelievable. He then tries to offer me two 22 inches to accommodate his mistakes and I simply declined. I told him that I would like a refund or I will follow up with my bank regarding this unprofessional matter. I have left work to come back with no hair and dissatisfied service. I was highly upset and did address my concerns but was not surprised because black owned business (not just this one) let me down every time. It never fails. I do not recommend supporting this business because they obviously can not run a professional one. Please take your business elsewhere."

"I was first introduced to Shanice by friend who happened to be my previous hairstylist. She sang high praises of her and she has definitely proven to be praiseworthy. Not only is she a great stylist that keeps my natural hair healthy, she is a great business woman. What started off as a trial visit to find a stylist for my wedding has turned into regular visits and a budding friendship. Her attention to detail for myself and my bridesmaids made us all feel and look beautiful. On top of all that... she gets you in and out (no more sitting in a salon 4 or 5 hours). I definitely recommend a visit to Salon Sole!"
