Supercuts

"I am VERY unpleased with this location. I understand that supercuts is marketed more towards being cost effective than being of high quality. But my stylist seemed to go above and beyond to make this a horrible experience. I am a transmasculine person, and my girlfriend was there and made sure to emphasize that I use he/him and that I wanted a masculine cut. However, my stylist insisted and pushed calling me she and instead of giving me the masculine cut I asked for she gave me a bob. Even after we told her we wanted it more masculine, she continued to keep it as a poofy bob and the questioning if I actually wanted what I was asking for. It was not that she struggled with shorter hair as she had a male client before me that she was very friendly with and seemed to give a very good hair cut. Besides overall giving me nothing like what I asked for and disrespecting my identity, she was also very aggressive with me in pushing my head back down in the sink when washing my hair and smacked my neck and ears and pulled on my hair way too hard while styling. I also later discovered she left cuts on my neck that are still not healed in almost three days. I will not be returning to this location as it was probably the most uncomfortable and frustrating hair salon experience I have ever had. If you want a short cut and are trans, save yourself the money and go to the sports clips five feet away."
