"I never usually have a problem at this salon, I’ve come here a couple times and the work has been satisfactory. However this time it was obvious that I was someone they did not want to service . I left three stars because the nail tech Naijah did a great job on my nails and my feet looked great . As I finished my service, I asked for my eyebrows to be done and was told it was going to be an additional 15 minute wait , the salon was completely empty and was told I’d be waiting because the person that was supposed to do my eyebrows was on the phone…The drive to the salon is about 30 minutes away from where I live but due to the lack of customer service, I will not be back nor will I be recommending anyone to this salon. My service equaled up to over $100 and I felt as if I was pushed off by the management staff here. I’ve seen other reviews about the management staff being rude to customers, but I didn’t experience that until I was there a few days ago. Unacceptable…"

"I have been going to Top Nails consistently for over a year now. Best customer service, nail work, and pedicures hands down! Lieu always does my nails, and she does her best every single time! I'm very picky about my nails and I tend to switch up on my nail designs a lot, but Lieu gets me right every time. Loan has done my nails before too, and I have always been very pleased with her work as well! Lieu & Loan's mom does the best pedicures, she always does an excellent job! They always make sure to work around my schedule, overall I'm beyond happy with their services! BEST nail salon, their work speaks for itself. Highly recommend to any one!"
