"We were there 2.5 hours. Paid full price for a set of SNS nails that lasted two days. A nail fell off two days later then the others popped off that same evening at a holiday gathering! If you have ever had SNS nails, you know what that is ridiculous! The owner refused a refund. I was offered a new set. Why would I want to waste my time? Poor quality. Abhorrent customer service by the owner."

"My friend and I went in to get our nails done. They guys who work there are terrible. Our nails fell off 3 days later. When I called to talk to the manager the male worker told me the manager would be on vacation for several weeks and then hung up on me. I tried to call back and they refused to answer the phone! I spent over $200 on these nails. Extremely frustrated and disappointed!!!"

"You always have to wait here. No appointments. 50 dollars for a pedicure is way over priced!! These places need to have prices. THEY JUST TELL YOU WHAT THEY CHRAGE YOU. Rip off!! They lady that runs it has an attitude and isn't friendly. I will take my business where they have prices."

"I went to get a fill and she only put acrylic on the top of my nails, not on the ends so I have lumps and dents in my nails. I came back the next day to get it fixed and was told I should come back tomorrow morning at 10am when she first opened. I come at 9:55 and there is already someone else in the chair and now I am being told to wait again. Not to mention I was never greeted by Kristie once she walked in. Customer service is at a all time low."
