"I have visited 3 times and found what I was looking for each time. The lady who waited on me was very helpful and nice. I believe she is the proprietor. They have a large selection of shoes for formal occasions and I think casual. They have wigs and hair pieces of many types and colors and all kinds of accessories. They may just have what you are looking for. Give them a try. You may be surprised."

"So there are a lot of bad reviews for this store.... rude staff, high prices and so on. I almost didn't go in the place because of them. I'm so glad I did!!! I was delighted as the store was really nice. The lady running the store that day was very pleasant. She greeted me when I walked in and was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me with all my questions. What was even better was all the merchandise they had, from wigs, makeup, nails and hair care products to the fabulous unique shoes for all ages and lots more, all with prices for every budget. If you don't go in you are missing out. You will need some time to spare because you will want to see everything. Very nice and will return."

"I have shopped here numerous times and witnessed the owner be discriminatory (especially towards women of color) to many women, she behaves aggressively as if they were trying to steal (many of which who didn't even have a purse or coat on). As of today, I will not be shopping here. I've had enough of the profiling and blatant disrespect to innocent women. She knows that she can get away with it because for many women of the county this is the only place to get salon products. I have spent hundreds in her store because of the convenience of the location (and her prices being higher than average) but I will be more than willing to make the drive to Sallys from here on."

"I used to love this place until i came in today and the owner was rude....very aggressive and acted as if i was riff raff there to steal...which ive spent so much money there that my significant other would flip but ill never spend another $ there again. Ill travel to one of jacksonvilles many first the 21 dollars spent on 4 tiny items today... i should have used to get a stress ball from how mad she made me."
