McDonald's 1381 South 6th Street, Macclenny, FL 32063

"The man at the drive through window was rude. Our food was cold. A few of the burgers were burt. Hardly any mac sauce on them. The french fries were not filled up properly. I made the mistake of asking the drive-thru man which drinks were which. He said they are marked and slammed the window in my face. Double cheeseburger had no ketchup on it. Didn't give us the chocolate milk with the kids meal. I should have known stopping by on a Saturday at 5:30 it was dead no one inside ordering or in drive-thru. I will never waste my time and stop in there again I will drive to another McDonald's before I stopped at this one."

"Honestly this isn’t my first bad experience here at the McDonald’s every time I try to give them another shot because it’s been a while they fail to please me this time for example all I ordered was a cheeseburger not too complicated ig I was wrong my cheeseburger was old hard ash and covered in sauce can see the hard texture on my cheese worst McDonald’s in the world need to be closed down very clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction also when asked for mayo they said they was out but literally went inside to find out they had mayo the whole time"

"The outside looked good. Very nice employees at the front desk. The room wasn't up to par. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom. Hair in the tub. The sink faucet was leaning. There was gum on the towel rack. The room was clean. Food in the lobby looked good."

"Why don't you care about the customer anymore? McDonald's you are very disappointing. First off I spent 15 bucks and my large fry wasn't even barely half full not to mention my nuggets were tossed around in my bag. What kind of service is this? I don't get issues like this from other McDonald's just yours... So I'm not really sure what's happening at your location but it's not good"

"This McDonald's is definitely almost always hit or miss. They go through spells of good and bad. I guess it's a management issue. Today was a miss. When I ordered a Big Mac with no bun, but extra mac sauce and lettuce INSTEAD, I got charged for the extra sauce and lettuce, after she said, "I got you." It looked like they shook the box before they put it in the bag. When I told the cashier I can't have wheat, she said they could put it on a regular bun, lol. I had to explain to her what gluten is. Apparently, these restaurant employees are not very knowledgeable about food allergens. I also ordered two Happy Meals. When she asked if we wanted apples or extra fries and I told her apples, she told me they didn't have any apples, lol. Then at the next window, there was only a small fry bag in each Happy Meal. When I mentioned they were supposed to have extra fries, three people shouted from the front counter, "That IS extra fries!" A small fry is what a Happy Meal had in the '80s! How is that extra fries? However, they did give us the extra fries, but only after SHOUTING at me. The young lady was new but friendly. Unfortunately, other employees were not setting a very good example for her. What a shame. I'll try again in six months."
