"I can remember years ago coming in this store and it being spotless. Now I almost never go in there unless my order online was chosen for pickup. Today I hated seeing all the Juvia's place testers looking unclean, dug in, smeared, etc. but on the other side of the store you see white owned brand displays look brand new. I was also disappointed to see such lack of helpful offerings or even welcoming by the staff in the front. The way this store looks now is one reason I will go in sephora more often. They have lost some attention to detail there which doesn't make me want to go in there."

"HORRIBLE AND GHETTO EMPLOYEES. I went to buy another makeup brush I had purchased in-store there a day before. The employee tried to gaslight me saying that they had never sold that brush line before. I told her I purchased it in-store yesterday. She had the nerve to try to call a cashier to back her up, who was just confused because she was in the middle of ringing someone up. I told her I'll speak to someone else and she told me to "Go shop at a place that sells low quality if you want that product.""

"That store is a nightmare to maneuver! It was packed and so it was a bit chaotic in the aisles and on the shelves. This may have been a one off but it was my experience. If you are anxiety Ridden this is not where to shop find a different Ulta."

"My Ulta at store number 679 was an amazing experience due to Stephanie Black. She went above and beyond to help me. I’m 70 and sorry to say I’m not experienced with makeup and what tools to use but she went around the store showing me different brushes and how they work. I bought almost $200 of Clinique which I’ve been using for years their 7 day scrub and lotion since the 70’s. I’m going back and definitely asking for Stephanie."
