"A friend of mine had to bring her bag for repair,Staff were attentive when we visited the store. But the store is awfully bad on not answering the phone calls☹️ my friend been trying to get hold of someone to asked about her bag and she called and called and cannot get hold of the staffs. Really really awful for this high end store. Update: We went back after 3 months expecting that her bag was done and surprisingly it wasn’t done. The excuse was that it wasn’t in the system but they never called my friend about that situation and her bag was just sitting in the closet somewhere in their store. Very frustrating. At least they could’ve call my friends and told her that her bag wasn’t fixed after 3 months."

"3 stars because the service here “used to be” good. The best staff was pre COVID and seems none of them are working there anymore. The current salespeople are not interested at all in after sales service. If you need a repair, forget it, they are completely uninterested."

"I am so disgusted by the customer service at this store - DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I am in town and called to check if a $2,000 bag was in stock. I sat on hold for 10 minutes, no one ever came back to the phone and I got disconnected, and when I called back and mentioned I was looking for an item and no one came back to the phone, this extremely nasty, rude person barked at me and responded “THAT’S BECAUSE WE’RE HAVING A STORE EVENT….JUST CALL BACK TOMORROW AFTER 10:00am.” This is why people shop online. This is a LUXURY company. Train your staff accordingly. Someone wanting to shop in your store deserves an interaction that matches the brand. If you’re associate was too busy to check, they should’ve acknowledged that on the call. Do better…I wouldn’t shop here if the store was giving their bags away for free."

"Be aware of their RIDICULOUS return policy and UPSTUCK HORRIBLE customer service - you have literally NO TIME to return or exchange anything and the terrible snooty woman that we had to deal with made sarcastic remarks about how we were too late. I love the Prada brand, but this store does apparently not train their staff. The terrible woman we had to deal with was rude, condescending and ghetto. We went over to Saks and got wonderful professional service in their Prada department- and guess what: they have a 30 day return policy there unlike the 14 days at the Prada store. So don't waste your money at this store, go to Saks and get your items there!"
