"So I ordered two pairs of show on their website which didn’t fit so I called to see if I could come in the next day and exchange them. During that time I spoke with the manager Gabby whom was very nice and patient and looked for the shoes for me and sat them to the side til the next day. When I got there the today the manager Diamond had the shoes ready for me. All the employees were very helpful and patient with me because I couldn’t make up my mind. Everyone was very hands on with all the customers and worked as a team to satisfy everyone. Good job ladies I will most definitely be back!!"

"I was very happy with the customer service I received from Steve Madden at Lenox mall. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I showed the employee the dress I was wearing for an event and what type of shoe I had in mind and she recommended a few pairs of shoes she thought would look great with the dress. I was so happy with the shoes I chose, they were cute and comfortable! I also bought a clutch purse which was really great quality that she had suggested I buy to go with my outfit. This employee did a great job, she was attentive, knew how to cross sell, and made sure that I left the store satisfied."

"The employees are wearing the merchandise and bringing it back to the store and selling it to customers. I purchased two pair of heels ($240) today and the bottoms are clearly worn out!!!!!!"

"This is bad. I made a bag purchase and used it twice. The bag had bling on it and it started breaking off. Took back to store 8/10. Purchased 7/16. They would not take back a bag that had been worn, even though less than 30 days and a receipt. No offer to fix bling either. Said to call customer service."
