"I ordered a bag on 12/31, and it took a month after calling the customer service line to be told that mailing service attempted 3 times to deliver at the Cumberland store just to be resent back the warehouse. I was forced to re-order again…was told that both my items were sent just to realize that it was half the order and here I am 2/14 on Valentines in front of the store wondering if they got anyone that’s going to open the store"

"I have been a customer with Aldo for several years and have spent hundreds of dollars with this company. The relationship with me and Aldo has ended today after the inability to rectify a situation that was THEIR FAULT! After waiting over a month for an online order I purchased I received the wrong item in the mail. Mistakes happens which is completely understandable, however, as a reputable company I expect for you guys to fix the situation and do so expeditiously, especially since I’ve already waited over a month to receive the wrong order! My only options were to pay for a new order and wait another month to receive it, or to go in store and trade it out it. I was down for going in store only to find that all stores are sold out of the bags and they actually have no handbags available right now. So pretty much either way I have no options and customer support does not seem to care at all! This is really upsetting that as a valued customer I was not offered any options. If you guys were not prepared to open back up you should’ve just stayed closed. It hurts for me to even have to write this review because you guys sell great quality bags, however your customer support sucks! Somebody should reach out to me now, because I’m not done!!!"
