"The blonde girl who works here now is quite rude. Didn't greet me. She doesn't look up from her phone or offer to help you. When I asked her to come get something out of a case she acted irritated and walked over without saying a word. Her customer service is poor. Probably not coming back anymore. Edit: It has come to my attention that the rude blonde girl is now gone. Coming in tomorrow to buy a double header just to celebrate."

"its like.... fine. theyve done a lot of work on the store and it looks so much better than it did months ago like it actually looks so gorg now BUT they took the old tester toys that were on sale for like 35 bucks each and marked them up to brand new in the box prices and put them in the glass case. boggled my mind completely. those used to be in little loose plastic bags lmao... also the toy i bought for 40 bucks thinking itd be a good little travel toy was actual trash. as much i used to love this store i dont think im gonna go back there again... its just not worth it. at least they sell tape cleaner lmao"

"I went for the first time yesterday to purchase a gag gift for a dirty Santa gift. The store was very clean and organized, and the clerk was nice. Since I was there, I thought I could be spontaneous and purchase a toy for personal use. Being the first time, I spent a lot of time looking around. I never pulled out my phone, because it seemed inappropriate. I purchased a few things and left. I PMd them on Facebook and got a quick reply regarding the charges and an itemized receipt. I didn't realize there was a 3.95% upcharge for credit card purchases or a 3.95% discount for cash purchases. So, that explained the extra charges. I went home ans Google the items I bought, and realized I paid WAYYYY more in store. Almost $60 more... I am upset with myself for not asking if I could use my phone because I wouldn't have purchased any of it... And they do not allow any returns whatsoever. I hope the products work, because places like Adam & Eve online say they have a completely open return policy. Lesson learned..."

"I have made several purchases from them with no problems. I recently purchased a new bathing suit for my wife. I took it home and unfortunately it did not fit. I tried to exchange it for another suit and was promptly told that all sales are final and they would not let exchange or return the item. I find it extremely upsetting that I could not at least exchange the item. Very poor customer service. I will not purchase anything from them ever again. I guess customers are not important to them."
