"Wanted to like this place for the purpose of it yet we weren’t even greeted by anyone so we just had to assume we sat ourselves. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting to be helped, mind you we had to pay for parking on this side of town of course. We start to order because we knew it would take a while to get the order. We got there at 9:25, then the server comes back to say the kitchen isn’t doing any food but fried food since they are closing soon…. They close at 11pm ? We just decided to leave. Seems like they need help in the kitchen or something.."

"Miami Game day [and all others] was a DISASTER! This place dishonors Bobby Bowden.With 50 people deep in line outside on the sidewalk with 15 empty tables. Iit was Extremely understaffed in both servers and bartenders. Poor servers try hard but have too many tables and no help. Plenty ‘management’ walking around or hanging out at tables with their friends. Food is quality bar food, smoked pork nachos are really good but it takes 1/2 hour to get a drink from untrained bar staff and apologetic servers. Special Mohito’s’ were rum and club soda with a mint leaf - no muddled lime and mint or simple syrup. Reminds me of Willy Taggert’s teams not Bobby Bowden’s. This was our 4th game day visit hoping it would get better - sadly it didn’t."

"My Mom and I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and the Bobby burger. What a disappointment!! We ordered both our burgers medium. My Mom's burger was well done and mine was rare. When we were finally able to get our servers attention (15 minutes later) she was extremely rude and said she would go get the manager (Keith). The manager had them recooked. This time both of our burgers were closer to rare than anything and he had a very nasty attitude about the whole situation. We ate the parts that were more done and requested our check. The server took my credit card and took 10 minutes to come back. I would not recommend this establishment and we are past alumni and loved Bobby but the attitude of the staff especially the manager Keith was the nail in the coffin for us. Sad"

"We went with a group of 12 on a Monday night, they were lightly staffed but otherwise not busy. Our group was an extremely easy group as we had all reviewed the menu in advance. We each had an appetizer, beer, and entree. The service was good, but what really drags this review down is their serving manager. Our experience took way longer than necessary as we only had one server who was extremely efficient all things considered. Their manager refused to offer her any help as she simply walked around on her phone. When it came time for us to receive the check it took nearly an hour and a half from the time we finished and requested it to when we were actually able to pay. Their manager refused to help the server, and allowed her to struggle to deliver our checks. We went in multiple times to offer help or just try and figure out why everything was simply taking so long. When one of our party members confronted their manager she offered no remorse, apology and had no explanation. We proceeded to wait there as their manager simply lounged around and allowed us to wait nearly two hours just to check out. What should have been an overall easy experience was hampered by this managers negligent incompetence. I'll also include our entire party works in the service industry and understands how everything functions, so we were extremely polite and tried to offer solutions to help make this experience any better for all involved. We understand having a bad night, but a manager flat out refusing to help their own employees is a ridiculous way to behave on an understaffed night. Overall an understaffed bar & serving staff lead to an incompetent manager ruining a farewell party for one of our friends. Please consider how long your experience may be when choosing to dine here."
