Papa Johns Pizza

"I really appreciate the manager (Q) she really gave us exceptional service and very fresh tasty pizza as a replacement for night shift which I dbt knw why it tasted so funny. But I called and let her know how the service was last night and she took care of it like the great person/management should. Very nice/professional and didn't give us any issues. I will make sure to order in the daytime while she's there because the pizzas she sent were so gd I can't even explain it. Even the pepperchinis were fresh vs last night they were bitter and dry. She made sure everything was fresh! You are definitely a great manager and advancement for this company. Thankx again Q...."

"Email said 30 minutes. After 1 hour tracker said 4 hours. No one will answer the phone to cancel order. Update: Pizza arrived at room temperature and without any sauce, for which extra was ordered and paid. So taking money without providing anything of value = theft."

"Normally this location does a good job, tonight was awful. We were given a very thin crust made from dough that was way past blown. We had ordered the new "epic" garlic stuffed crust. Not epic, pathetic at best. The gentleman who first helped me and said he was going to make my pizza was rude and still had not done so 30 minutes later. The young lady who did eventually make it, wrong and poorly made as it was, was an absolute gem."

"Visiting the Tallahassee area and had a craving for pizza. This Store was the closest to our Hotel. We ordered carry out and received our pizza hot and fresh when we returned to our room. Awesome job! The pizza was what we expect when ordering from Papa John's. The friendly "Young" lady working the Front counter has a great attitude and is a great customer service face for the Location. I would order again from this store on N. Monroe should I ever visit again."

"I would not be leaving a bad review if the employees just apologized for not putting the pepperoni on this "two topping" pizza. Instead, the employee said, "I know for a fact I put pepperoni on your pizza" ... which implies I was lying and continued to argue with me. I even had my coworker verify there was no pepperoni. I did not even want a coupon or refund. I just wanted to let them know I was unhappy because they said 18 minutes but it took an hour, (was not going to call or review for time) but the time PLUS the mistake made me feel the need to call. His attitude made me leave this review. Here is the pizza. See the pepperoni? Me neither."
