"Great experience! We were there for the pictures with Santa, face painting and lighting of the tree. Very adorable town where everyone is so nice."
"No bathrooms!!! Small children, older adults & people with certain health issues should have access to a bathroom, this can cause harm to some people!! I KNOW some of the thrift stores HAD bathrooms and before the pandemic you could use them. THE PANDEMIC IS OVER. I understand you may have volunteer/employees shortages and may not have enough people to man your dressing rooms. But no one has to "man" a bathroom. You have one for your employees, surely someone cleans it, what difference could it make to offer the same courtesy to your customers if you want their business? I have always loved shopping this plaza when I vacation in Ellijay. But if I have to leave to go the bathroom, I'm not going to come back. Normally, I would have hit every store, the group of women I was would have spent the rest of the day shopping, you LOST REVENUE because you didn't have restrooms. Isn't it a law that a public facility has to have a restroom? UNBELIEVABLE!! Your lack of help along with shortened hours is already costing you money. Your lack of consideration will may be your demise as a business. Wake up before you go down completely!"
