"How is it you can be a blonde ditz and scan a jar of mayonnaise 3 times without realizing it until after we have paid and that's okay when you can't do your job right and I was understanding and okay with it at the time. Oh, but WHEN I haven't used self checkout for over a year and forget to touch the screen it's somehow a reflection that I'm the ditz and somehow this gives you permission to disrespect me because you're having a bad day. I don't work here, you do. Stop projecting. If you want to have a negative attitude you don't need to work a customer service job, go mop the floors. I never had an issue here before November 26 2023"
"I just witnessed the blonde be rude to a customer as she walked away. I saw what the customer did and she did nothing wrong . So you think you are so much better by looking at me and smirking , like I would agree with you. No. That was classless.You work at Dollar General , you’re not better than anyone else .That was strange behavior. I never treat people out of the blue like that. I basically called you out on it. Very unprofessional."
