"I walked in today at 6:49 pm, and the two teenage sales associates greeted me not with a “Hello, how may I help you”, but instead with, “We close in 5 minutes”. I asked them to repeat, and they replied, “We close in 5 minutes.” I asked do they close at 7:00, and they said yes. Again, the time was 6:49 pm. Eleven minutes before closing they were making it clear that they didn’t want my business. I came to pick up 15 pairs of shoes for a performance that I had already scouted, and that money will now go to another store. Please work on better customer service and customer experience."
"I brought shoe worth $88 at shoe land on May 24th I took it home to see if my sister would be able to wear it it was to small and brought it back May 25 in the morning to get a larger size but they refused to exchange because they said I wore it out. How can She wear something she can’t fit and brought it back for a larger size. Horrible customer service and will never come back to this location. Don’t buy shoes here if you can’t wear it."
