"I was told by Verzizon NOT to come here. I did anyway, as we didn't want to travel to Gadsden. First of all, the entire place smells like an ash tray. It stinks. Then, there was only one employee helping someone, and as I waited, we learned there was someone in the back. Eventually, as I began writing this review, the person came from the back. They barely seem awake here. There is a lethargy that permeates the store. After 30 minutes, they are STILL back with my tablet in the back doing what a corporate store would have done in just a few minutes, and have let the account "time out" once already. Now, they are going to charge me $35+ To do to my tablet (simply put in a sim card) when a corporate store would have charged nothing. This place is NOT being ran well, and I do not think it is professional to take someone's device back to the back for extended periods of time when the only thing needed was to simply put a sim card in. Now, they are on the phone with the same people that I could call at Verizon because they cannot figure out how to install the sim card. It's been 50 minutes since I walked into this place. Then, I discover that they deleted one of my lines, did NOT connect this line, and that the entire process was a total waste of time on my part. Take the advice of Verizon Wireless Corporate and do NOT come here."
