"This is the WORST verizon store I've been to. I travel the country and have been to dozens without an issue. 3 hours for a new phone transaction. Why? Because they help phone customers first. If they get a call in the middle of your transaction, they help them first no matter how long it takes. If another customer walks in and asked a question, your transaction stops while they help them. Never again."

"This is Cherie Hampton, not Tim. Not getting the best service here. I went into the store on 9/22 and ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was told that it would take about a week to come in and that if I ordered the phone with the larger storage it would come in faster. So, I did. Since then, crickets. I've called the store several times. Twice actually getting a live person in the store. Both saying they would call be back. Neither have. I did some google research and found that if you ordered from Apple direct you should receive your phone sometime after October 18th. It says that it might be sooner for the individual carriers. I probably would have ordered the phone anyway, but would have appreciated honesty up front and some communication of the actual expected time in which the phone will be in."

"This store has a bad district manager currently. He passes up people who can grow the company and stick with it. He is unorganized and late to interviews and when he is late to an interview and you cannoy reschedule after an agreed upon time. He ghosts you. Some quality leadership right there... Now you're hiring for someone else (who quit or got fired) and passed up people who would stay for years. Good job district manager. That's why they pay you the big bucks"

"Literally the best decision I've made. Switching to Verizon. Not only is the service great at the location, but Verizon itself has so many deals right now, some even have them paying you in some ways. Like the Pixel Watch for instance, paid the taxes and they actually credit my bill every month for just using it. Phenomenal. Idk why I used AT&T for so long"
