"I am the owner. This last negative review occurred weeks after I lost my mom, my best friend, unexpectedly. I am lost, and nowhere near myself. I am grieving and doing my best to run my business on my own. I have a lot to do in a day. This Tracy expected me to roll out a red carpet for her when the first thing she did was to maul my dog, paying no attention to my actual shop. My dog and I are not here for customers' entertainment. I bring him to work because I can, but one must realize how annoying it is when people expect that he is there for them. When people respect my shop, I respect them. I am so fortunate to have a wonderful customer base that truly knows me and loves my boutique... We never know what people are going through, so perhaps it would be best not to so harshly judge and attack one's character so quickly. "in regards to the last two reviews. one was clearly a personal vendetta and the last one, well, came right after the owner lost her mom unexpectedly. She’s been devastated and doing her best. I wonder how or why people think they should be treated like royalty when they come into a shop and don’t acknowledge the shop but feel free to molest her dog right away. Shame on this person - Tracy. Maybe ya wanna take it down a notch on your expectations, your entitlement issues are clearly in the way of your empathy. You never know what someone is going through - not everyone is here for your needs."

"Walked in this cute boutique today and walked immediately right up to the cash register because the lady (owner?) Had the cutest little black dog with her. She was looking at her phone, looked up at me, didn't even smile, say hello or "welcome in" or anything and looked right back down at her phone while I continued to pet her dog. Never acknowledged me or said anything. RUDE. We loved the store and probably would have spent a couple of hundred bucks in there, but I told my friend I would be outside. We both left. Not giving my money to anyone that rude."

"This place was an experience I wish I never had. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and arrogant. She had a rat dog on the counter and acted like we were less than her. Does not know basic eye contact or communication skills. Her lip fillers are probably part of the reason her mouth could not open wide enough to speak like a regular polite person. Would be absolutely delighted if I never hear the words deer, bird, or deerbird ever again."
