"If I could put negative stars I would. Went there last night and the lady who was working the window and mic was extremely rude. We pulled up to the mic and the goes “What do you want” and wouldn’t stop asking or saying “Hello” in a rude attitude. She didn’t say a word when we pulled up to get the food but she shoved the bag of food out of the window and was shaking it until my boyfriend grabbed it from her and she did the same with the drinks. It was an elderly woman with glasses. I’m not sure what her problem was but I have never experienced such attitude and hatefulness at any fast food restaurant."

"The man standing outside of the restaurant smoking was annoying. He refused to move so we could walk in. He stared at us while we were eating. It was really creepy. The food took forever to get prepared, and only 2 of my kids ate. Clearly, everyone is right. There are no good fast food restaurants in Blue Ridge. I've been told to drive to Ellijay or Blairsville for fast food. We've been disappointed at every fast food restaurant we've tried so far."

"Line was WAY TO SLOW. Waitd in the drive-through for 10 minutes and still hadn't ordered. Left McDonald's and went to Wendy's. Got a better burger and was in and out in 7. It'll be awhile and I'll be desperate to go back to M."

"Jenny is always very helpful and courteous. She makes sure that everything is done correctly and accurately every time I visit the Blue Ridge location. It’s nice to receive the high level of customer service that she provides and expects from her staff. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied. I know this is the reason I continue to frequently visit. Thank you Jenny for making my visits pleasurable!!"

"We stopped here to rest and get a snack. The corporate model in this building centers on customer services with quick food delivery. I don't like the loss of self serve drinks. Instead, you must stand in line waiting for someone else to pour your drinks. I like light ice but no one can seem to grasp not filling the cup to the top with ice before adding 2 ounces of drink. There is a couch in the seating area but it isn't comfortable and I think it's made for people under 5'4". If you are a large person (weight wise), you will like the large couch. Service was nice and they took care of any wants you had prior to disappearing so think fast about anything you need. After the initial encounter, you must stand in line to get what you need. There is a departure from the normal at this location. Not sure if I like it but try it yourself and see if it works."
