"I love this western store. It has pretty much everything cowboy. I got my straw hat fixed by the hat expert, then looked at their huge selection of boots. Besides jeans and shirt, the store sells things for me horseback riding. I bought a pair of Wrangler jeans, shirt and Justin boots."

"One of the worst customer service ever!!! Went in looking for some boots and shoes (ARIAT brand), I honestly was in the store for about one hour with only “3” customers inside the store, NO ONE came over to assist. After I did not find the right size of boots I went over to look for the shoes, same thing!!! Never got someone to assist me. I found what I was looking for, yet the shoe boxes were all mixed up. It got to the point were I just got frustrated and decided to take my business elsewhere. At the front check out deal, there were 3 girls (kinda busy looking) yet they were doing more talking than working (in my opinion). Management should really do something about their personnel."
