"I had an appointment and I had an amazing experience with Jasmine. I’m not very inclined to shop luxury because I don’t always feel received when I go into those stores however I was greeted promptly upon coming in. I had an appointment with Jasmine to shop for an our trip to the Dubai. She had sent me some photos prior to coming in and had items set aside for me. She was very knowledgeable on the product and needless to say I left with some “iconic” pieces. I will surely be back to shop with her in the future. I referred her to my line sisters and they already have an appointment set up for next week. She’s a stellar associate and truly deserves a promotion."
"The absolute worst experience at this location. Please be aware of this stores return policy as they do not disclose they just have you to sign your receipt. Less than 24 hours of my purchase I needed to return an item that was a poor fit. Jasmine the SA was well aware I had concerns as she upsold the item to me. When I escalated my. Complaint to Novette Scott the general manager she was no help and told me she was on PTO. The assistant manager was no help as he said he was not in store when the purchase was made. The rep Jasmine as low integrity and was more concerned about her commission. Do not go to this location. You have been warned."
