"Miss Natasha and her manager were the rudest people ever. The night before I was sold 4 of the wrong vapes and 1 correct one. I took the box in and handed it to the employee to make sure I got the correct ones. When I went to politely ask for an exchange I was met with no apology for the employee mess up and a minimal explanation for the no return or exchange policy. Once I stated I understood and asked to purchase the correct vapes I was then met with attitude. She wasn't not able to find the correct vape so she had to ask her manager. Once she explained what happened to the Manager she then got loud with me explaining that their was no returns which I already understood. I then told her she didn't not have to get loud with me and just to make sure I got the correct item. She then proceeded to get louder with me untill the transaction was complete. This is not how any customer should be treated!"

"I went here at 11pm for one pack of cigarettes. Waited 10 minutes in line behind one person because they're forcing everyone to use self checkout machines now, and the the lady needed help with paying cash. Not only that, the only other employee wasn't helping anyone. She was playing on her phone instead. Line behind me got up to ten people whilst waiting. I hope they actually checked those people out and didn't force them to use the self checkout also. Next time I'm just gonna come behind the counter and grab whatever smokes I want since I'm checking myself out anyways. I think you should put the cigarettes in front of the counter if you want me to check myself out."

"Upgrade from the previous building but randomly closes at night. (I.E. 4/30/23 at 3:30 am there is a sign that reads "WE ARE CLOSE" taped to the door. While they are supposed to be open 24 hours."

"Well-stocked, friendly service, clean inside & outside, lots of pumps, lots of parking spaces, outside tables (though out in the hot sun, no shade)... ATM machine is $4.25 to get your money out, didn't need cash that bad..."
