"The web site said no reservations needed. When I drove out to the Conyers store they turned so many people away, me included saying a reservation was needed. They didn’t allow anyone into the store to purchase who hadn’t made an online purchase. I drove to a different location and walked in with no reservation like the web site said. Terrible way to treat people over the holiday. I’ve been going to this location for years with no problem and can’t believe how we were treated."

"Came here on November 22 at 7:30 and the young lady at the door was the rudest ever! She need to learn some customer service. So I left and want to Covington Hwy and they was cool."

"The staff is mostly friendly and willing to answer questions and help you save some money on your purchase. Albeit, you need to get in early to get your items for major holidays because they get very busy for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Expect long lines but the line moves pretty quickly. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes during a holiday week. Update: My ham did not look good this year and the famous honey baked crust was missing. A big let-down for my family holiday dinner. I will skip my usual Christmas purchase this year."
