"First time dealing with a MW ever. Typically I will go to Saks. So, I stepped foot in a day before to a different location while out with some friends and decided to give MW a try. Got home and tried on my outfit and wasn’t happy with it. I went to my nearest location by my house, and wanted to return it and they hit me with “Oh if it’s over $100 then we can’t accept your return. our system won’t allow us” what a joke. I know there is no way that is true. After talking more to them they finally budged and allowed me to return my items. What a SOUR taste for customer experience with MW for the first time ever. Seems like it’s more about profits than pleasant customer experience. Will not return or shop at a MW ever again."

"We orderd a rental a month prior to the wedding. They emailed me 2 days before the wedding stating it was ready. My primary school aged child tried on his rental in their fitting room. The shirt was too small so I asked for a bigger one. They found a shirt, it was dirty, smelled bad, I told them I would wash it at home. My son then took his pants off. There was OBVIOUS dirt ( white specks) all on the bottom of his pants up to his knees. I had to tell them their dressing room was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. I shouldn't have to tell a business to "CLEAN UP" that is deplorable. They took my sons pants and cleaned it for me; but my negative feeling for the company was already there. My conclusion is this company is a procrastinating company that keeps dirty clothes and facilities. They got 2 stars because the gentleman there were at least nice."

"I decided to go with Men's Wearhouse to outfit my wedding group 9 months before my wedding. Everyone went in to get measured 2 months before the event and suits were ordered. When suits arrived the week of the wedding, 1 out of the 3 suits fit. 1 of the groomsmen was able to get the correct suit that day however, 1 of them was measured a total of 3 times and still did not get the suit or fit that was needed. He decided to just buy suit pants from MH and had to buy a shirt from another store. The jacket did not fit as well but he was able to make it work. When returning the suit the representative of Men's Wearhouse became ill when asked about a refund for some of the rental due to suit not fitting. She stated that rentals were not custom suits and were not always going to fit. However website and signs in store clearly says " Guarantee fit" . I will NEVER use Men's Wearhouse again nor would I recommend to anybody. This was a horrible experience that will not be repeated. Use at your own risk."
