"New to Uptown as we didn’t have these were I used to live. I’ve visited this location twice now, probably 4 months apart. Both times staff was incredibly rude- tonight there were at least 5 people working (3 behind counter and 2 in the racks) and no one acknowledged me when I walked in or during any of the 15 minutes I spent in store. I actually spent the first 5 minutes wandering around like an idiot looking for what I needed cause no sections are labeled, and still no one asked if I needed help or acknowledged I was even in the store. The first time I visited I went to try something on and the attendant acted like I shot her dog it seemed like such an inconvenience… almost want to bring my stuff here to sell so these kids have something to do but I doubt they’d put an ounce of thought into the task and send me home with $2 for eight items lol. Definitely not impressed with the clothing selection (would be helpful if your staff actually organized items by size) and even less impressed with the customer service here. Do better. Edit to add: Kinda goofy people are commenting very vague good things about this location and those are the only reviews responded to. There were 1 or two reviews before I left mine, and now all these people suddenly have good things to say and that also helps hide my opinion… seems legit, huh? Again, Do better smh."

"pricing is always pretty good here, but what makes the store is their sales/clearance they run pretty frequently! absolutely love getting to hunt here during those times. i've sold a handful of times and I would say they're ok with it- times don't usually take too long but you aren't allowed to drop off your items (you have to stay in store)"

"Tried them out since I was in the area . Was offered $10 for shoes worn maybe 3 times.. would recommend johns creeks location or Plato’s closet Sandy springs over them if you’re selling."
