"Woodstock outlet location doesn't have a Google review site so here I am. I actually really love this place BUT you cannot try on the clothes and if they don't fit properly and bring them back you cannot Return for a refund. You must get store credit and go through the entire process all over again, not knowing what will fit properly. I no longer shop here due to that which sucks because they would get so much of my business, if I was able to try things on. I've always only bought one or two items since I'm always worried how things will fit and know I cannot get a refund if they don't fit right. It feels more like you're scamming yourself to risk shopping here. I wish you were able to try on clothes, I'd probably leave buying soooo many things and wouldn't care about the refund policy since I'd already know things fit! Sigh. Last time I did this to buy items for vacation, didn't fit, brought them back that same day after trying them on at home. Didn't want anything in exchange since this was for a specific thing but was forced to buy something else so I just grabbed a non clothing item that I didn't really need. That was my last time shopping there."

"Mall of GA location—-This is not about this store but about the one at the Mall of Buford. Dude asked if I needed help and I asked for the coverup on the mannequin, he said that we have many other colors and styles to choose from. I said I’m not interested in those, I want the one like the mannequin. He stands there with this oblique look on his face like he can’t sell the one off the mannequin. So I just clearly stated that “ I want that one”. Anyway I left without buying anything. Unlike the sign in the window “we are awesome”. It was AWFUL!! By the way, I was in the store for 7 min with no other staff, while he flushed the toilet. Ewww!"
