The man has the lady write up the receipts and she won’t write things on the receipt just so she can charge you for them later. They want you to pay for things you already paid for. Scammers. I wouldn’t recommend at all. If you need a suit try R&Rs Menswear Outlet in Riverdale. You’ll have a better experience."

"This place is the absolute worst. On several occasions they failed to deliver what they promised. Bought a tux for my wedding a month in advance. They promised it within a week but it took 2 and a half weeks. Once it came back, they then took it out for alterations. Long story short I finally got my suit back on the day before the wedding and it still had the pins and markings on it, And never got altered. On several occasion they lied to my face and made this experience a nightmare. Do not support this establishment. You will regret it."

"Would not recommend. Bought jacket for an event, paid for alterations that they offered and they did not alter it. I came to pick up the jacket on the day at the time said jacket was going to be ready. They had it on the rack in plastic and the manager pulled the plastic up and looked at the jacket then handed it to me like everything was done. Got to my event 4 hours away only to find out that the jacket wasn't altered and still had the pins in it and I couldn't even attend the event that I purchased the jacket, wasted time and gas to go to and they don't want to give me a refund. I'm sending a review to the BBB. I hope no one else patronizes this crooked establishment!"

"my son and i had the WORST experience ever. we went in the store and tried on multiple jackets and then order the one my son wanted online and he was given the WRONG size. he got his suit a week before prom and now we are being told we cannot get a refund for the jacket that THEY messed up on. poor customer service. do not recommend at all!!!"

"If you are looking for a place to get your son's suit For any Event I Do not suggest Sav*by Mens Shoppe. The Female salesperson was so rude and disrespectful. We went there excited because we wanted to try something new. They so called "ordered" a suit that I liked but only to find out that the suit was never ordered. So my Aunt gave them another chance to order. I week passes and the suit would come till the end of the month which was a problem because my dance was Friday. They would not give us a refund so we had to order another suit. That suit came the day before my dance. This whole time the female salesperson never said I apologize for what happened to you. She was so disrespectful."
