Macy's

"My beautiful diamond ring I received for my birthday was too large and I am having it sized at Macys as this is the merchant used to purchase the ring. Unfortunately Macy’s has NO FUNCTIONING CONTACT NUMBER to track or even speak to ANYONE regarding the merchandise. They HAVE NOT contacted me about my ring nor are they contactable as the jewelry extension is invalid. It has been 19 days since I dropped it off. Where is my ring?"

"Went to the backstage section first. Didn't find much there. Went to the main store and found 2 great dresses for my daughter's wedding. Very pleased with Macy's!!"

"I don't know WHY I even set foot in there. It's so pitiful in this location, the clothes look like they're all for women in their 50s, 60s, and up. It just feels like the forgotten Macy's."

"I came in expecting the regular Macy pricing but I saw an advert for 30% off although not on all items. I checked round picked a few items and went below the ground floor and saw that there was a BACK STAGE things here were extremely cheap. In short with the pricing I saw even if i didn't get the 30% discount I felt better. I never intended to spend the whole day there or do much purchase but I ended up so, because items were good and very affordable."
