Sundae, Mary, James, and Devin were extraordinarily helpful in getting me taken care of every time I came by the store. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for formal wear!"

"Terrible service! I tried coming in to get measurements for my friend’s wedding but the person helping me didn’t measure everything I needed so I decided to go to men’s warehouse around the corner. There they actually gave me measurements and pointed me to the suits and shirts with my sizes and had actually great service. Don’t go here! Go to men’s warehouse around the corner trust me on this!"

"Awful experience here! Would not recommend at all, made an appointment to try on tuxes for my fiancé for our wedding, and the sales associate was working with multiple people even though we made an appointment. They failed to tell us the suit we chose was being discontinued / retired so when the rest of the bridal party went they had very few sizes. They said they were going to order the sizes from other locations and said it would be in a few days, but somehow the suits just ‘never showed up’. We ended up having to change last minute and get a custom suit and opted to use a different Jos A Banks location due to the negative experience. Please save the heartache (from a recent bride) and use another store."

"Hoping someone from management sees this and offers to make things right because this experience was absolutely unacceptable and I don’t think the salespeople were able to make things right on their own Needed a tux for sisters wedding and put in an order a month before the event date. Tux came in a few days ago and I went to try on to find the pant size was waaaaay too large and there was a tear in the shirt. I mention this to staff and they say they can put a reorder in that should be here Tuesday of wedding week (wedding is on a Saturday) I ask them multiple times “this will be here no later than Tuesday right?” and was assured that was the case. Tuesday comes and goes….. nothing. I go over there tonight at 6p this Weds and still….. nothing. 72 hours before I needed the tux and all I had were comically large pants, a torn shirt, and a jacket. Best part was… people at the store couldn’t assure me when my fixed order would actually come in. I’m supposed to be traveling starting tomorrow for wedding weekend and thought I’d be in the green because my tux was supposed to be here after fitting adjustments Tuesday/Wednesday at the LATEST Thank god I was able to find somewhere that can rush a tux (for more money…. Due to this company’s mistake) and have it delivered close to the venue by the time I need it but this experience with Jo’s a bank put a terrible taste in my mouth"
