"i went into shop for some shoes for my boyfriend, was greeted by a very friendly associate. however, the rest of my experience was plagued by the store manager, Charlie, sitting in the front of the store yelling into the phone. the only sales associate on the floor seemed to get overwhelmed and asked for help when more people came in, and he proceeded completely dismiss and belittle her in front of myself and other customers. Charlie is a mean, lazy, and horrible manager and made my experience less than great."

He was the gold standard of what customer service should be, going the extra mile for his customers. "They have a lot of quality products here. More importantly the employees are extremely knowledgeable. They even showed me how to polish my shoes on the spot. I don't think that you need to shop anywhere else for dress shoes if you don't want to. Theirs have nice build quality that will last you a long time."
