Hampton + Hudson

"My friend wanted to try a new brunch place so she made a reservation. It wasn’t busy and our table was ready when we arrived. It quickly picked up from there. We ordered an Espresso Yourself ($14) which came in a smaller glass than I would have expected. My partner ordered the High Life ($2). Yes, $2, but it is also a 7oz beer. Called a pony. We ordered our food. We both ordered the portobello and avocado melt with fries ($15). Our friend, who arrived late, wanted the avocado toast, and was denied because they had ran out of avocados. We thought our order was safe, because the waitress never mentioned that they had ran out of avocados, but much to our surprise when our food arrived it had no avocados in it. If she would have informed us that there were no avocados we would have pivoted to something else. The sandwich was still good, but it lacked the avocado and we felt it wasn’t worth the price paid. Not worth the effort in my opinion to return to H&H."

"Came for the Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing!! Absolutely delicious! Great ambience too. I’m so grateful to not have had to cook when my parents said they were going to visit me!"

"Great atmosphere and delicious food! They were packed but we got lucky and found 2 spots at the bar. The bartenders are wonderful! Loved the cocktails and outstanding beer selection. Looking forward to coming back!"

"We arrived for brunch as soon as they opened and it was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday. We were seated in a comfortable place and the staff was very kind and professional. I ordered the chicken biscuit and although it looks great it was lacking in taste. Thankfully they were able to provide hot sauce to improve the taste. The Belgian waffle however was good, and so was the mimosa. For the price, this place is fine."
