She took great care of me as well as my friends and family who joined me, making all of us felt very welcome. "Avoid this place at all costs. It took months to hear an update about my custom dress. I finally got an update two months before my planned wedding date and didn’t get my dress until TWO WEEKS before the date. I was an out of town bride so I didn’t have time to travel to the store with the last minute notice to get my dress altered there. IT WAS A DISASTER. (And I know I’m not the only one.) My dress was 2inches too short (without wearing any shoes), the cup size was THREE sizes too small, and none of the custom elements were done. I think they forgot to send my order to the designer or something and made up my measurements. (It’s not like I had a growth spurt…) My experience in the shop was so special and incredible but unfortunately the dress I received and spent so much money on was completely unusable. It was beyond any alteration could fix. I had to get it completely remade from scratch with the designer and the store never got back to me. THANK GOD and luckily the designer was willing to work with me outside of the store and remake an entirely new dress. Our wedding ending up getting postponed but if it hadn’t I wouldn’t of had a dress and the store definitely didn’t care that I didn’t. Save yourself the stress, worry, anxiety, and devastation and get your dress at a shop that cares about you AFTER you swipe your card as well."

"I don't have enough good things to say about this outstanding salon -- they offer extremely beautiful dresses and an incredible experience! I went this past weekend, and I found a dress that was so out-of-this-world awesome, I can't even believe it exists. My consultant Michael was incredibly helpful and kind (as was the owner). He didn't give me any BS which I appreciated, and I didn't feel rushed at all despite this being a huge decision and wanting to try on a couple of dresses multiple times. If you have the chance (and the budget), you should absolutely go. I would give them a call for an appointment as I had an issue booking on their website."
