"I've been going to this one for a few years now but recently the meat patty has gotten smaller, and the attitude of employees is poor. Part of it they can't help, having to do a million other things while serving customers isn't a good look, but they can't even bother to say hello thank you or you're welcome. You get less than you order because products are smaller, pay more cause prices went up, and can't even thank them for your food because they don't have time to talk to the customer in front of them"

"Everything was cold when it came so it was not fresh, they had me make my own baconator fries, they were cold and they were the wrong size, the drinks were also incorrect! they were very inconsiderate!"

"I placed two orders on the app. As soon as I realized the app did the same order twice I called. The guy was rude had me on hold over 5 minutes and still never gave me number to call. He said call back in 15 minutes. I told him I’m just coming in. I had to come in with my dog because they never even brought out my carry out order. As soon as I walk in the drink area is cover in water. Not a few drips like the floor was covered. Then a roach runs out from underneath the drink area while I’m waiting for the manager. My order has been sitting there so long that the ice was melted in the drink. Obviously the food was stone cold. So I just asked for a refund and my receipts. The manger gave me some excuse how it’s not printing because there is no paper. I asked since she’s the manger isn’t this your job to load the paper??? She said ma’am this isn’t my fault. No it’s not your fault but as a manger you should of made it right by at least not serving me cold food Tanise. Shame on you! I know you wouldn’t eat cold food why do you expect me to while you take a half hour while you are on the phone talking to someone on your personal cell. (I took pics and videos. I’ll be sending to corporate) and going in bathroom with another co worker not once but multiple times. There’s a dinner rush and literally your doing nothing along with 2 other employees not doing anything. A huge mess on the floor. Here’s the kicker of the story! The number to call to get my money back doesn’t even work. So they just scammed me over $20 and still hungry. I’m also calling the health department that is your fault maintaining a clean, healthy, safe environment. Which this store has none of that along with the most rudest employees. The one she kept going in the bathroom with never even spoke to me and asked her a few questions. But she had no problem being on her phone half the 30 minutes I was there. Do not come here unless you want roach infested, cold food and rude service."

"Everyone in the building appears as though their pet just got hit by a truck. No one has any positivity or emotions and just dragging their feet. They’re constantly forgetting to put sauces in with our orders, both during breakfast and lunch. Despite asking me twice during the ordering process they still forget. Also had some very very ugly chicken nuggets today. I’d recommend either staying away from Wendy’s until they can get their training up to snuff, or hiring employees that can show some sort of enthusiasm for their job."

"The Wendy’s in my area is not open for breakfast and I have been anxious to try their offerings ever since they started the campaign. I am a big fan of Wendy’s and have been a life long customer. That being said, I will never be a breakfast customer again. I stopped at a nice location in Macon. The facility was newer, clean, and laid out well. The staff was super nice and tried to help me rectify my order issues I ordered a BEC Muffin that was undercooked, greasy, and chewy. The bacon was overcooked and the egg rubbery. It was not edible. I exchanged it for a BEC biscuit. The biscuit was undercooked as well and saturated with some type of butter flavored oil. It made the entire dish taste like buttered movie popcorn. Not happy with the overall experience. Finally just threw the food away and enjoyed breakfast at a competitor. The only way I could recommend this location is for lunch as they have not worked out the kinks in breakfast yet."
