"I’ve been to couple Einstein Bagel around metro Atlanta but this one provides the best customer service out of all the ones I visited hands Down, their bagels are way better than Dunkin’ Donuts. I enjoy the Free coffee in app order."

"I used to enjoy stopping in here regularly but it seems with the current staff that customer service has really gone downhill. I was practically ignored waiting to order from the counter while the employees were having social time. Also, I don't think the ordering process is clear with everyone behind the counter. It used to be that you order from the bagel display then pay at the register, which those in front of me in the line were doing. After waiting I was told I need to order at the register first, requiring guests to move back and forth in a crowded space. There is no flow or consistency in the ordering process anymore. Lastly, the interior is just dirty all around. I especially noticed lots of yellowing on the ceiling and trash on the floor and around the seating areas and coffee bar. Like I said, it's really gone downhill in the past year."

"The cashier was friendly and my breakfast was ready quickly. Enjoyed the lox bagel sandwich. Restaurant is clean and modern-looking. Didn't have to wait to order. Only complaint is that I ordered a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small one, but when I checked the receipt, I saw that they also only charged me for a small one. Its okay, I probably didn't need the caffeine."

"Love coming to this location. The staff is friendly, service is fast and the bagels are always fresh. I actually got my family hooked on the bagels and now we stop by weekly to order a box. The doggy bagels I’m not so sure about (tiny bagel image). I bought one to try it out and the cashier said since they are hard to soak it in water for a bit before giving it to my dog. When i got home i did just that but my dog had the hardest time biting it. Not even a knife could cut though it .. not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be but won’t be buying it again."
