"My husband was so excited to see that Nancy’s opened up in Lawrenceville. He grew up in Illinois and even worked at one as a teenager. He loved the product and the team working there. So when he ordered food through door dash and received the wrong item, he called the restaurant to let them know, and the woman that answered the phone Saturday 01.27.24 between 1-1:30pm was so incredibly rude and insulting that it completely changed his experience. This is so unfortunate because the pizza was truly delicious, but the service was trash. Even if she couldn’t make it right on her end, doesn’t mean she didn’t have an opportunity to try or at the least, have a better attitude about it. Too bad. Won’t be returning here…."

"First of all Nancy's needs their own scale because 5 stars isn't enough!! If you're thinking of ordering... hurry up... you won't regret it!! The best pizza I've ever had!! My family ordered the medium deep dish... WOW!! It arrived still piping hot, and I was skeptical seeing the box was much smaller than I expected. But what it lacks in circumference it overcompensates for in depth and flavor. I'm so happy our first time trying a Chicago Deep Dish or Medium Original Stuffed style pizza was such a phenomenal experience. We also ordered Classic Cannolis... trust me... get the 3 pack! They're perfect!! Not too sweet, creamy and rich, with a nice flaky shell that holds up until the last bite!! Nancy's is worth every penny, and Ilook forward to ordering again and again!!"

"I ordered a pizza via Uber Eats from here. I received a large sausage and mushrooms. I had ordered a pepperoni and green olive. The correct receipt was stapled to the box, wrong pizza inside. I was dealing with Uber for the refund. I decided to call the store and let them know. The manager got on the line. I told the story and as soon as he realized it was an Uber Eats order, he said, "You have to call Uber. I will give phone to the cashier and she will give you the number." Not one bit of concern in his voice or actions for the fact I had just wait an hour for the wrong pizza. Leadership can make or break any organization. Uber gave me my money back and you can be sure no more money will be spent at this restaurant."

"This is the best Chicago deep dish in the area. This is also not a very good Chicago deep dish if you’ve ever had a Chicago deep dish. Don’t expect to be wow’d. Ingredients are not that great and prices are high. For what you’re paying you should be getting significantly higher quality. Subs are pretty mediocre as well. The best way I can describe this place is that it’s made by people who don’t know what a good deep dish pizza, meatball sub, or Italian beef is supposed to taste like. It’s definitely better than Pizza Hut, but that’s not saying much."

"Pizza was really good, as well as the salad, pasta was ok (Not as good as the pizza) but SERVICE was Great! They were welcoming and informative, and happily answered questions about their menu. Unfortunately, there is No indoor seating, IT IS ALL TAKE OUT. If you order and wait, it's about 25 to 30mn. My suggestion is to call ahead."
